Chick-fil-A’s information technology department plays an integral role in supporting the future of our rapidly growing brand by researching, understanding, proposing, and implementing innovative technological solutions to better meet the needs of Owner Operators, Team Members, and Corporate Staff.
In my role as Lead Enterprise Architect, my team and I are responsible for collaborating with teams across the business to identify, develop and apply technology strategies that help drive forward Chick-fil-A’s strategic initiatives, including innovative work with the Internet of Things, cloud strategy and analytics.
With 14 years of experience in Chick-fil-A’s IT department, I’ve worked in diverse roles from Restaurant Application Architect to Integration and Data Engineer to IT Architect.
